All roads lead to Vankleek Hill and on September 6th come enjoy a free family activity by admiring works of regional artists while enjoying Art in the Garden at St. John's Anglican Church, Vankleek Hill. For added treat, take in the tasty treats and entertainment on Main Street with the Festival of Flavours.

Pour encore plus de plaisir, découvrez les délicieuses gâteries et les animations de la rue principale à l'occasion du Festival des Saveurs.

Registration for Artists for the VKH Art in the Garden Event on September 6th at St. John's Anglican Church, Vankleek Hill is now OPEN!

Les inscriptions pour les artistes participant à l'événement « VKH Art in the Garden » qui aura lieu le 6 septembre à l'église anglicane St. John's de Vankleek Hill sont ouvertes ! 

Nous enverrons les formulaires d'inscription aux anciens participants.

Artist Info

2026 Fees include a morning snack and coffee with one (1) lunch. Early Registration:   $40 Outdoor or Indoor (Limited Space Available); Registration After July 1st: $55.   

Art in the Garden only accepts original, one-of-a-kind artwork handmade by the exhibiting artist         

Reproductions and mass-produced items (such as posters, t-shirts, magnets, etc.) do not meet events criteria and are therefore not permitted at the event. The only exception are signed and numbered limited edition prints with a maximum edition size of 100.         

Les frais d'inscription pour 2026 comprennent une collation et un café le matin, ainsi qu'un déjeuner. Inscription hâtive : 40 $ (places limitées, à l'extérieur ou à l'intérieur) ; inscription après le 1er juillet : 55 $. 

 L'événement « Art au Jardin » accepte seulement les œuvres originales et uniques, faites à la main par l'artiste exposant.  

Les reproductions et les articles produits en série (affiches, t-shirts, aimants, etc.) ne répondent pas aux critères de l'événement et ne sont donc pas autorisés. Seules les estampes en édition limitée, signées et numérotées (tirage maximal de 100 exemplaires), sont acceptées.      

What Does This Event Support

WHAT THIS THIS EVENT SUPPORT? 

 The monies raised provide for multiple community related out-reach programs and events such as Lunch Program for high school students, Euchre Party, outreach to senior retirement residences, community meals at the church hall, Big Ron Fundraiser, missionary work in the Congo, Solar Suitcase through Alongside Hope, Madagascar School Project, our local Foodbank, Book on every bed and our local hospital. 

 All under the auspices of the Parish of LOV, St. John’s Anglican Church and the ACW.  

Who are your Hosts?

The 2026 VKH Art in the Garden event is run by David Chamberlain. 

The Planning Committee is composed of David & Debbie Chamberlain, Deputy Warden Mike Strong, Bil White, Warden Bonnie Blenner-Hasset.  They will also act as Superhosts during the event.  The committe enjoys the support from our Honorary President France Poliquin as well our Warden Norm Macrimmon and Parish Priest Felix Longdon.  

 A group of volunteers will be on hand to help visitors on-site and lend a helping hand to the artists. 

ART in the GARDEN HONORARY PRESIDENT

Vankleek Hill is a well know haven for artists and has a beautiful Art Gallery that is worth a visit at 103 High Street, The Arbor Galley

One of these well-known local member-artists at Arbor Gallery is France Poliquin, our first Honoray President.

The original concept of Art In The Garden was put forward by France Poliquin who was inspired by similar events she participated in elsewhere.
